Our tier is based on your total parking spend with Piedmont Triad International. You'll receive an email notification every time you move up a level. You can also check your current tier by logging into your account.
Do I need to sign up separately?
No! If you're subscribed to Piedmont Triad International Parking marketing emails, you’re automatically enrolled in the loyalty program.
How can I move up the tiers?
Simply book more parking stays. The more you book, the faster you unlock new rewards.
When do my discounts apply?
Your rewards discount is applied when you enter your promo code at checkout.
Will my rewards tier ever reset?
Reward tiers are reviewed annually, based on your total spend. Keep booking to maintain your tier and continue enjoying your perks!
Can I use my discount with other promotions?
No, your reward promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
How do the promo codes work?
1. A new promo code is issued at the start of each month via email.
2. The promo code expires at the end of each month.
3. Your promo code can be used for multiple bookings within that month. A new code is issued each month to ensure account security and exclusive member-only benefits.
