PTI REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program Overview
The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (PTAA) Parking Rewards Program (“the Program”) rewards customers for their continued bookings. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility & Enrollment
1. Customers are automatically enrolled upon creating an account and subscribing to marketing communications. Guest bookings do not count toward tier progression.
2. Participation is free. No purchase is required to remain a member.
Reward Tiers & Benefits
The Program includes four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier placement is based on total eligible spending as outlined below. Tier progression does not operate on an annual schedule. Instead, Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (“PTAA”) reviews tier activity periodically and may, at its discretion, reset or adjust tier levels, program rules, or benefits.
1. Bronze
  1. Entry-level tier upon enrollment
  2. Eligible for quarterly prize draw for one (1) week of free parking, up to $75 value
  3. No monetary discounts
2. Silver
  1. Monthly $5 discount issued via promo code
  2. Not eligible for prize draws
3. Gold
  1. Monthly $10 discount issued via promo code
4. Platinum
  1. Monthly $15 discount issued via promo code
  2. Additional perks as determined by PTAA
Promo Codes & Rewards
1. Discounts are issued via a unique monthly promo code, valid for unlimited use within that month.
2. Promo codes refresh monthly for security and to prevent unauthorized sharing.
3. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers and hold no cash value.
4. Promo codes are non-transferable and may only be used through the designated system.
5. If a tier upgrade occurs mid-month, the previous tier benefits apply for that month; new benefits begin the following month.
Tier Review & Reset
PTAA may review loyalty tier activity at any time. At its discretion, PTAA may reset tier levels, adjust spending thresholds, or modify program benefits.
1. Tier resets or adjustments may occur without a fixed annual schedule; however, reasonable notice will be provided via email or platform notification when material changes occur.
2. Unused promo codes or rewards do not carry over after a tier reset or change.
Account Closure & Termination
Closing an account results in the immediate loss of all rewards, including unused promo codes and prize draw entries. No refunds, credit, or reactivation of benefits will be provided. PTAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
Promo Code
Sharing & Misuse Promo codes are non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or distributing promo codes is strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in loss of benefits and account termination.
Dispute Resolution
Participation constitutes agreement that any dispute arising from the Program will be resolved under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Both parties waive the right to class-action litigation to the fullest extent permitted by law. PTAA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, including Chapter 75 of the North Carolina General Statutes (Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act), and applicable federal law.
